Looking in, but seeing out... One of my mother’s paintings through a glass door with the outside fence and bush reflecting through another glass door.
Oats are great for the nervous and digestive systems. Raspberries are immune boosters and give a UV protection to skin now that the summer is approaching. Chia and flax seeds have omega 3 preventing stroke and heart conditions. Coconut yoghurt provides the good bacteria to the gut, known as probiotic. Cacao nibs are full of goodness, from magnesium for better brain function, serotonin, the feel good chemical and flavonoids that are anti-inflammatory. So much goodness in a bowl!
A perfect house by the coast
Beach 🕶 🖤
What a great way to celebrate the first birthday! Last week... It started at 10am. 13 of us boarded a small bus and headed to the first part of the surprise adventure. A yoga class. Followed by a vineyard lunch with wine tasting. Then onto gin tasting and cock or mock tails. But that’s not all! We returned to Lon for room allocations. We enjoyed the mineral pools and Mexican food van that arrived. There was an informative presentation, drinking, eating and dancing. Then luxurious slumber, with a dramatic hail storm in the early hours of the morning. Waking up to the stunning ocean view and then breakfast to complete the experience. So grateful and happy to be a part of this special place. Thank you @lon retreat It was such a treat! X

Flying in my dreams is my favourite airborne activity but it looks fun!
48 hours - a labour of love... worth it just for the smell, but then the crunchy crust that’s slightly chewy and then soft and light inside. A good oven makes a big difference.
