I am always questioning myself on how to be a responsable and a conscious traveler, become a visitor instead of a tourist. Supporting local economies without condemning them. For now I’ve slept at Hotel Central Casablanca, got a fried anchovies and eggplant sandwich from a tiny shop, got some fruits at a stand on the street and took a shared taxi to the train station. Ideas are welcome on #responsibletravelling

Officially the end of my summer! The best I did this past august: Water kefir with 3 small pieces of beetroot, 5 leaves of mint and one clove, all added in the second fermentation at Mas Nyam Nyam. Do it, it’s really delicious!
